Our emphasis in recent years is to provide high quality training to Boards of Trustees and a school's administration in four distinct areas.  These are Authorizer Relations, Revenue Management, Board Roles and Responsibilities, and Managing an Independent Charter School.  Many schools who have been recently awarded a CSP grant have a grant requirement to seek training for their new Board of Trustees.  These four topical areas are an ideal fit for many of these schools, because they cover topics from creating a long range strategic plan, to writing a high quality renewal, to managing restrictive federal revenue.  Much of what a Board needs to know can be found in any or all of these important sessions.  Please contact for specific information regarding the exact training or package of trainings your school needs.
