Daniel Pasek

Founder and Managing Director

Dan Pasek is the Founder and Managing Director of Daniel Pasek Consulting. He manages the overall direction of the company and oversees the implementation of all services.  Dan ensures that Pasek Consulting partners receive the highest quality service and support.  Dan has worked since 1992 in both traditional and charter school settings, spending the majority of these twenty years as a high school guidance counselor, charter school business official and the last six years as the Managing Director of Pasek Consulting. Dan started the company in 2006 to relieve charter school principals and business managers from the pressures and excessive time of reporting and revenue collection.  Dan holds a Masters in Education from SUNY Oneonta and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from The University at Albany.  His current certifications include NYS School Superintendent, Business Official and School Building Principal. Jen Pasek

Director of Accountability and School Data (Albany and NYC)

Jen Pasek is the Director of Accountability and School Data for Pasek Consulting. Jen works with both Albany and NYC schools, informing schools of changes in compliance standards from NYSED and the NYS authorizers. She handles Annual Reporting for all Pasek partner schools and oversees school data collection and management. Jen has served public school districts as a tenured Special Education teacher and a technology coordinator. As a BOCES Model Schools Coordinator, she supported twenty-three school districts in Rensselaer, Columbia and Greene counties in an effort to successfully infuse technology into the curriculum to meet the New York State Learning Standards. Jen also spent some time in the private sector as a systems analyst for Accenture working on custom software implementation projects for the states of New York and Connecticut. Jen holds a Masters in Education from SUNY New Paltz and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from The University at Albany. Brigid Dunn

Director of School Support (NYC)

Brigid Dunn is the Director of School Support in NYC. In this role Brigid oversees communication with NYC partner schools and works closely with Boards and administrators to ensure a high quality renewal process. Brigid brings six years of experience in both community-based and school-based public education to Pasek Consulting. Her early career focused on classroom instruction at the English Learning Center, a South Minneapolis based organization that provides educational services for adult immigrants and refugees and then through the Breakthrough Summer Teaching Internship also in Minneapolis. In 2007, Brigid joined Teach for America as a corps member in Philadelphia, where she taught middle school social studies and literacy for three years. In addition, she developed curricular tools and teaching methods to be used by incoming TFA Corps Members and supported new teachers in the implementation of instructional practices. After leaving the classroom, Brigid joined Pasek Consulting. Brigid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and French from Macalester College. She received her teaching certification from the University of Pennsylvania, and she holds teaching credentials in the state of Pennsylvania. Brigid can be reached at brigid@pasekconsulting.com. 

Nora Clancy

School Support Associate (NYC)

Nora Clancy is the School Support Associate for NYC partner schools. She oversees the end-to-end management of renewal reports, by collaborating closely with schools to write and submit high quality renewal applications. Nora has completed student teaching programs with New York City public and private schools. In her spare time she volunteers with literacy organizations in New York City. Nora brings her education background and skills as a writer and researcher to Pasek Consulting’s Brooklyn office. Nora has a degree in Psychology and Creative Writing from Macalester College and a masters degree from the Pratt Institute.
